這本來不會放在這邊的,但越想越氣,也應該在網誌中分享一下。 故事是這樣的:
「阿姐,有沒有坑腩?」
「有!」
「咁比碗坑腩米!」
不旋踵,那碗所謂的「坑腩米」上檯。
這是所謂的坑腩米
「呢舊是坑腩?定係墊了在碗底?」「係咁架啦,通常只是比兩件…」
「喂!真係一件都無喎!」
我相信我吃了牛腩這麼多年,知道什麼是坑腩。更嚴重的是,有些切腩我一看已大概知其吃起來是否鬆化,是否「靚腩」。是日的牛腩,橫看豎看也不是坑腩之餘,也必定吃得一口都是渣。結果,也果然如是。咬了一口牛腩,「趙」了良久也未能吞下,韌得不得了。牛骨湯也不算很有火侯,如想喝最好的牛骨湯,清湯去華姐那邊,濃湯就上山找九記吧。我吃遍全港九大部份的清湯腩店子,沒有其他選擇。
如果沒有坑腩,可以老實的說「沒有」,或「熟人至食到坑腩」,又或是「只有淨食才有坑腩」,我統統明白也可以早早離開,不用如是日般浪費金錢及胃納。臨走前向阿姐反映,她的回應也是「係咁架啦」。那我不明白,為何還會有人來這裡吃?

回覆刪除很多廣為人知的食店都有點名過其實,試過一次便不會再光顧,但每次經過都見到店內都坐滿顧客。可能他們都是慕名而來,又或者是自己的味覺與別不同。
回覆刪除多年前第一次食清湯腩就喺呢度瀨嘢!搞到開壞咗個頭之後面都唔想再食呢味嘢!
回覆刪除It just goes to show that a loudmouth yet persuasive old timer media personality with years of eating experience and knowledge could potentially steer people wrong despite her strong endorsements, or the fact that this restaurant only put on their A game for her, but not for everyone else. Their blatant lies and deceits, and the owner/manager's poor attitude is unforgiveable.

回覆刪除As i lived in Tin Hau, I grew up eating Dai Lei. Even when I went overseas, Dai Lei was always among one of the few places I visit whenever i came back to Hong Kong. Totally witnessed how the store split and food at Dai Lei went downhills.
