$300 for a 12oz steak is definitely a bargain...KC,<br /><br />$300 for a 12oz steak is definitely a bargain in HK, regardless of whether it's dry-aged or not (imagine that the steaks at Ruby Tuesday is already more than that!). Did they mention where you steak was from and what grade?<br /><br />You know I am not really that interested in steaks in Hong Kong because they are mostly overpriced and the quality is just too far off compared to the ones in the US. BUT this is quite cheap and certainly more promising than say Morton's or Ruth Chris (which again, are completely below the average in New York standard).
