From Monday to Thursday night I personally already had 4 japanese meals (once Mori, twice Kishoku, one Inakaya) and one more teppanyaki this coming Sunday it will be 5 meals. Hong Kong people DO Love Japanese food alot so...whats the big surprise?? I might have to make room for this place and Hikari when I return later this year.<br /><br />How does the tamagoyaki compare with Sushi Mori's?<br /><br />Underneath the seared toro and sardine sushi on the rice pad are some finely chopped greens...are they slivers of shiso leaf?<br /><br />Are the chefs here Japanese or locals?<br /><br />The 霜降拖羅 in nori sheet with shiso looks a lot like the one I had at Ta-Ke this past new year's eve :-).
