I didn't like the 豆腐花 or 豆漿@ 義香 because both lack soy bean flavor and 豆腐花 wasn't really that silky. 公和 has a bit better soy flavor in 豆漿, and the texture of 豆腐花 is a bit more 滑溜 but still weak in flavor. <br /><br />Your point of bean quality reminds me of that "lengthy" discussion of 東北 soy bean from that Taku guy wakakakaka XD<br /><br />Even though the soy drinks and tofu in Japan are much stronger in bean taste, the texture of their 豆腐花 is somewhat firmer than the Cantonese style.
