Nothing high-end (or French) but very classic only found in Hong Kong.<br /><br />KC, Super super like Hong Kong seafood! As for the cheese sauce, it's very rare to see it done right in Hong Kong restaurants. Most places skim on the cheese (despite it being really cheap and processed cheese already!) and make it taste like a thickened cornstarch-cream sauce.
