On Openrice, there are around 400000 reviews. I am sure and I wish Openrice will catch up eventually with their expansion to other area of China. <br /><br />But for the person with the most number of reviews, it must be you, KC ! No matter we are talking about HK, Japan or US... But what matter most is your reviews are very useful and informative. With my exp...I too have eaten at both 壽司大 and 大和壽司. With my experience, I completely agree with Marimo. The chef at Sushi Daiwa is like a machine, he just wants to finish making the sushi as fast as machine. It is a completely different environment at Sushi Dai, it is much more enjoyable with better quality in term of fish used, how sushi is formed, rice quality and sushi size.<br /><br />This is reflected at Tabelog.com as well, the biggest user-driven food review website in Japan, kind of like openrice of HK but much bigger with more functionalities. 壽司大 is at Top 50 in the Sushi category but 大和壽司 is nowhere to be seen, probably outside Top 200.<br /><br />However, it is true that to a lots of people, it does not worth to wait for a few hours to eat at Sushi Dai. It is not the same kind of experience, price point and quality as Sushi Kanesaka or Saito.
